1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized items
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item to our return address provided by the support team. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please mention it clearly while initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear images of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
